dent quote
you are accepting the terms and conditions herein. For the purpose of
this document,

Glossary

-

pdr
technician(s)
is one or more
contractor(s)
who have been hired
to complete
dent removal work and/or other work outlined in the quotation

-
subcontractor
– a person who receives work from a contractor or may work with to
assist the contractor or pdr technician

-
customer
otherwise
known as you
or your -
you
or someone you represent the
client that apply for
dents and/or
other work
to be undertaken

-
Hail
Dents
– represents the website where allocation of hail or dent related
jobs or other jobs under Stormlink

-
Stormlink
– a business
that
is owned and operated by Jimmy Deguara under Stormlink via the
website www.haildents.com.au
and
simply fascilitates the allocation of contractors that is deemed most
appropriate at the time of the quotation and / or work to be
otherwise completed.

1.
Quotation

This
system of online
quotation
has been developed to expedite the process of getting an estimate
of the quotation of
minor dents or less complex dent jobs based
on the approriate techniques and pricing a pdr technician would do in
person. The quotation relies on your
(the
client’s) observations
and is based solely of what you wish to repair. Any customer that
wishes to complete a thorough
quotation for insurance or completely remove dents they may not
necessarily observe need to contact us to arrange a professional
quotation and
not use this system.

The
quotation process may
be
once again checked by the pdr technician in person on arrival with
the customer to
confirm and discuss its validity.
The
contractor has the right to alter the quotation if it is deemed not
appropriate based on their observations.

A
deposit
of $20 is payable to arrange for a pdr technician to come out quote
and/or
repair the vehicle in person. This fee is redeemable upon receipt
following acceptance and finilisation of the repair of their vehicle
by
the contractor and/or subcontractor.

The
contractor also have the right to terminate the quotation and/or
repair if they deem not repairable or no agreement can otherwise be
reached between both parties. In this case, the $20 is redeemable by
Hail
Dents.

Contractors
arranged time schedules in good faith with customers.

The
customer also has the right to terminate the the quotation or repair
process if the there is deemed to be a resonable reason expressed to
not proceed or postpone 24 hours prior to the appointment. All agreed
appointments times for appointments must be clearly shown in writing
such as on SMS messages or email without ambiguity. Any appointments
not cancelled or rescheduled after
this 24 hour time frame may void the return of the deposit.

2.
Repair process

Hail
Dents
under Stormlink
organises PDR
technicians as contractors to
undertake the work required. Although
we recommend based on prior knowledge and experiences the work of
these contractors, Hail
Dents under Stormlink takes no reaponsibilities for any work or
repairs undertaken by the contractor
including
but not limited to
parts replaced or repaired by
the contractor.

3.
Payments

All
payments for
work completed
and
/or parts unless
otherwise agreed by both parties are
to be
paid
in person to
the contractor
on the day immediately following the repair process. Any
taxes such as GST are inclusive of prices.

4.
Warranties

All
warranties on any workmanship, parts and/or repairs by contractors
are the sole responsibilitiy of the contractor.

5.
Liabilities

Hail
Dents is exempt from any liabilities by any part of workmanship or
any
indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of
business, revenue, or profits, arising from the work carried out by
the contractors,
or time
delays
in providing it. Any remedy for loss or damage claimed will be
limited to the work being corrected, or a refund of sums actually
paid for the work.
